There has to be something insane about people who'll actually call the cops to not only file a complaint but seek to press charges because they aren't being accommodated at a burger joint(!) Talk about having no grasp of what constitutes being an immediate crisis. Having worked in a supermarket, I can assure you that I've had such ridiculous threats made to myself & fellow employees either because (a) we hadn't an item in stock (DUH! Who would've though product could really sell out at a Loblaws, the morons), (b) a certain brand was discontinued not to return, (c) we closed up for the night & either couldn't process a checkout which was brought up too late or (d) wouldn't let someone in to shop after hours once the doors were locked. Below is a crazy 2-and-a-half minute 911 call to the Orange County,CA Sheriff's Dept. It's from 4yrs ago by an exasperated woman not only upset that her order was repeatedly prepared wrong but also pissed because the staff refused to deal with her any further. Imagine truly wanting the police to intervene. She sounds like a spoiled cunt, the stupid narcissistic cow. A tip of the hat to the amused dispatcher who handled the situation with professionalism. I applaud her subtle sarcasm which deservedly could've been nastier. Here's the kicker: Was this real or a clever prank?
